I got one of those gift boxes from helping people delivered, the most expensive one.
This gave me a "small leafy tree". So I decided to place that on my farm to see what it looks like.
Straight after placing it, the game reloaded, but the tree has not placed, its missing?
What do I do? I went back to find the item again and now I have to pay for it.
No you shouldn't have to pay for it. You won it. Hopefully this helps:
Submit a ticket using the in-game settings. Tell Support everything you said here but insist they return your decoration, not the gift certificates.
This has happened to other players and you might need to be persistent with Support. Previous players were and got their deco returned.

You can contact Support through the game.
Tap on the cog wheel, tap on settings, then tap on help and support. Now tap on the magnifying glass. Type in 'contact'. A contact us form appears at the bottom of the page.
