Is a Th9 With L6 mortars L4 wiz L8 cannons and arch towers and L5 barbs and Archers premature?

Get all builders. Keep money relatively low due to more developed bases and clash hard. Also, don't keep all gold storages in one segment. That will screw you. Upgrade 4 buildings while using one to slowly upgrade walls.

Considering how quickly you can get 1.5 million, it is just plain stupid to use that as an excuse. You are no way near ready for th9. Cancel now, upgrade your stuff and get walls to at least 7 but best to 8.

I'd say an unpremature TH9 is someone that has had a good go of maxing TH8

Well, No offense but your defenses are about a th 7 except for your mortars. Your walls are pretty low too, I would advice to ATLEAST have lvl 7 walls before moving to th 9. If I were you I would cancel the upgrade, or else your going to be grinding quite a bit at th 9.

Who cares, the loot is much better at th8 rather than 9. You make at least 250k more in th8 with troops that aren't maxed for th8.

I get your point about the canceling. But there is no way that i could be a Premature TH7 with L6 mortars(max TH8) and L8 cannons/archers(which is max tH7

Yes you are premature but compared to others you are doing very well I've seen th9s with lvl 4 defenses and lvl 1-2 walls. Just don't go to th10 anytime soon.

Listen to somebody who went to TH9 with lvl 5 mortars, lvl 7 archer towers lvl 8 cannons lvl 4 troops and lvl 2 wizard towers, DO NOT UPGRADE
It took me non-stop 24hr sessions to recover from the loot penalty. and i'm not even close compared to a max TH8 if you don't count my 2xbows and queen

But if you insist on TH9 then i suggest you have 6mil on hand and 40k DE before the upgrade finishes so you get your 2xbows instantly and queen

You said (TH7) If you meant (TH9) I have already said I agreed about canceling which right now Im about 95% to my conclusion. Sorry if my quotes were a bit astray from the point. :)

Th8 can get a loot bonus attacking th10's and still be able to attack th7's with a low 10% loss. Maybe 250k is a bit big but more realistically i would say that a th8 does earn about 150k more.

Are you sure its a whole 150k? 10% seems like it wouldn't be a HUGE difference...

I can't really pinpoint the average as some days you might miss out on hardly anything, or if you see a th7 who should give 400k due to loot penalties it would be 200k, thus halting potential profits.

And attacking isnt just the problem, imagine a th6 attacking you and getting 200% or a th7 attacking you and getting 150%. And th7 can use dragons, which can easily dominate premature bases.

And if you get a decent amount of de like 10k you will be lightning strikes due to the loot penalty/bonus.
