Fox Burrow

The foxes regularly visit my farm, and I think it would be cool if I could set out some food for them to eat, similar to leaving out food for homeless dogs and cats. You could buy a Fox Burrow (Yes, play on Foxborough) that is unlocked at level 33 and stores fox feed (made at feed mill for 3 carrots and 2 wheat, also unlocked at 33)

Foxes would visit the den in a maximum pack of 3 when they appear on your farm, and they would eat the fox food. Similar to other animals, they could fall asleep when done eating and are woken up via whistle when the player returns. You could get 30 XP for each woken fox and possibly get upgrade drops, similar to the other animals.

Adding on from your idea, you could make feed and scatter it on your farm where ever you want and they come and go to eat it. There could be multiple areas of your choice with food and you can watch them. The food will attract them.
You can't really keep wild animals as pets (foxes) so keeping them like a dog or cat wouldn't be right. I think they should be a come and go animal like the frogs. I really like your idea though, I love animals so if there was anyway to get them on my farm I'm up for it.
