When they say "you shall not share the account or the login information, nor let anyone else access your account", I think it's fair to take that literally.

In September 2015 during an issue that I will not rehash, it was analyzed by one of the top law firms in the US, and confirmed that ToS on that point did not explicitly say sharing your account details is a violation. It merely stated you are responsible for safeguarding your login details and that you are fully responsible for what happens on your account by anyone you entrust with those details or use of your device. It also states if you feel your credentials were compromised to contact supercell immediately. When dealing with Legal Agreements such as Terms of Service, the whole point must be taken into context.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Login Information, and you will be responsible for all uses of the Login Information, including purchases, whether or not authorized by you. You are responsible for anything that happens through your Account.
So if you give your account details out to anyone you are responsible for anything that happens through your account. So if you gave your account details and someone violated another aspect of Terms of Services, you have no recourse, it is essentially the same as if you violated Terms of Service yourself. Your account is your online identity, in the legal world its not the individual user that has to be in compliance but the online identity. Think of it as working for a company, you are wearing the a company uniform, any actions you do is a direct representation of the company in which you are employed for as you are wearing their uniform, whether it is good or bad. So in essence you have no course of appeal if your account violated Terms of Service. My view will be if your account was ♥♥♥♥ed and you are proactive and notify supercell as you change your login details you have a better chance of keeping your account rather than after a punishment was handed down such as banning.
Hope I have made my point clear. Yes my answer is not a definitive final say so, as that why you have judges, jury, lawyers and court room to decide any disagreements on legal documents in courts of law.
I don't see why you're quoting another part. The part I quote does indeed say you cannot share your account, as exactly and concisely as is literally possible. If you are going to say that isn't what they're saying because some top law firm happened to look at it for some reason, you're going to have to reference that. Otherwise, it is natural for people to take it at face value, and understand that "you shall not share the account or the login information, nor let anyone else access your account".
OP has said, the village was being shared, and sharing is clearly written to be not allowed. While that may not be the reason the village was banned, it is quite normal for people to bring it up.
Sorry can not provide you with that document as I will be in violation of a confidentiality agreement in which I signed a non disclosure agreement barring me from releasing any documents related to that matter in which I was privy to receive. But if you ask any lawyer or anyone in law school they can confirm this for you as well.
Op clarified for all that the device with the account was shared as users were in same physical locaton.
Our support was not able to find the player based on the name and level only :( Could someone who knows this player ask for the player ID (found from the settings > credits) and then PM me the ID. Otherwise it will be impossible to find this one player (the NH name is not too easy to type in..).
If you can't PM me, please send a friend request first and I will accept!
Cheers,
Nick
Is sharing a device the same as sharing an account? Did the OP provide the other users with the log in details, or just hand them the device so they could play on a device that already had the game open?
I ask, because I am aware that many mothers, fathers, grandmothers and grandfathers allow their children and grandchildren to help them farm. Is handing your device to your child or grandchild so they can collect the eggs from the chickens sharing an account and a violation of the ToC, as you seem to be implying?
One thing I will never do is let my god son play my farm again, he went one day on my device, and had competition with his cousin to see who could wheat the most planks and ran out room. He couldn't figure out why he was not getting anything because barn was full. I told him my barn was full and I had to clear out some things. He took it upon his impatient self to make room, he sold all my saws I had at that time 500+ of them.
Hi Nick,
They completed 16,800 Trucks for global event if I am to assume it is same player they showed in picture to posted before. They were the 5th Highest on Global Event level 148. Will not say their name but its exactly same spelling as picture.
Hope that helps.
