Adult, organized war clan, almost level 9. Looking for high TH8/or TH8.5

1 war away from being a level 9 clan, we are a large, and active clan. We have fun together but we do take our wars seriously. We don't like to lose.

We are looking for one TH8 that can 3⭐️ max TH8s using goho or other 3 star strategies. We are also willing to help you get better and help perfect your skills.

we will also consider a new TH9, preferably 8.5. That uses 3 star strategies in war. Goho, laloon, gowiwi, etc. No gowiping at TH9 level. Our goal is to 3 star ALL th8s and most, or all TH9s. So gowipe doesn't work for us. 3 stars should always be the goal.

144 wins, We range from TH8-TH10, more than half are TH9+. We do not recruit very often.

We war 3x/week (all optional except for first Monday of each month) with searches starting Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. War sizes are usually 30 to 40, with about 50 to 55% TH9+ and rest TH8s.

We are organized and take our wars seriously, BUT we understand people do have lives outside the game and all wars(except first Monday of every month) are optional. We do want everyone to TRY to participate in at least 1 war/week(or more) as we are a warring clan, and want members that love war and love to learn new attack strategies and techniques.

This clan was started before there was even clan wars, so our clan is very stable. A group of our clans founding members are friends and coworkers and are still in the clan today. We are an international clan with the most members in the US and in Asia. We have a few people in Europe and Australia as well. So someone is always on at any given time. Doesn't matter where you are from, we just want war hungry and competitive people!

We use clashcaller and band to keep organized and for communication. We also have a forum which we use for longer discussions and for reference

1. Most of our new joiners improve from about averaging one 3 star attack every 3 wars to averaging almost one 3 star attack per war, with a few people consistently getting 6 stars each war . We're not just giving lip service when we say we teach our new joiners how to attack


2. Our recent losses have been by 2 or fewer stars, and they were all cases where we were outmatched (e.g. they had more TH10s than us)


3. Just for fun, we also keep track of each member's war record. This is what it looked like for November. Please note that we don't t take these stats too seriously because we understand that chances of 3 starring a base are greatly impacted by various factors (e.g. attacking a new base vs a scouted base, trying for harder targets, etc.). Still, they are fun to look at.

I'm guessing your in game name is "Eatmypekka!!!"? Thanks for bumping our thread. I guess through detailing the reasons we kicked you, I can give people a better idea the few minimal things we expect from clan members:

1. Be a team player in war

* You consistently either a) complain that your called target is attacked, even though you typically don't attack your called target until near the end of the war, b) attack called targets without asking anyone, and then actually lie about it. As we have told you many times, our goal is to maximize 3 stars, and when your called target is the only one left that others can 3 star (especially because you have held on to your call for so long without attacking it), then we may just allow someone else to try to get 3 stars on it. we use clashcaller to coordinate, not for people to usurp target as long as they want without consideration for others. Your lack of any effort to be a team player really is unfair to everyone else.

2. Be (at least somewhat) active

* you hardly ever come on except for requesting cc troops and doing your attacks. We offered to teach you all the 3 star strategies at TH9, and you just ignore us. Also, we don't have a troop donation rule, but in each of the last two seasons you had ZERO donation, which is pretty incredible and reflects how inactive you are.

We actually let you stay in the clan longer than we should have. It was long overdue to open up the spot for someone who is more pleasant and actually contribute to our wars.

I indicated max 2-3 times from a tons o wars that my target is attacked. The rule was to attack target not later that 4 h before the end of war and obeyed this 99% of time. I never attacked called target, last war I checked on clashcaller and it was uncalled. After my attack layana said it was called, and yes then I saw it was called. It was just an error of clashcaller.

Donations: you always donated and repeated to donate max troops, but I don't have them so what is the problem. Did you expect me to donate lvl2 Golem or lvl 3 drag? I'm really sorry but I didn't know...

Learning strategies: again, don't have max troops for lavaloonion, holowiwi and others so I focused on goho and I discussed it many times with timbit particularly. I always asked you who to attack in my second attempt.

If you can't even warn ppl when you don't like something before kicking you are a real donk.

Thanks for bumping our thread again (though we are full anyway). you do know this is not painting you in a good light, right? in any case, you shouldn't have a problem finding a clan, but a lot of good clans likely won't tolerate your attitude and lack of activity as much as we did.

I don't want to spend any more time typing a reply after this one...so I will try to be more comprehensive here:

* if TH8s in our clan have more than zero donated troops, then what you said doesn't make sense...(in other words, we're a level 8 clan, almost 9. so you can donate max hogs, wizards and loons, all of which are constantly requested. i myself ask for level 6+ giants, which TH8s can donate also ...)

* you always asked me whom to attack? so did i tell you to attack a called target in your last war? (the answer is no)

* yes you finally started doing goho after we nagged you ad nauseum.. and even then, you didn't really show much interest to improve on it, never asked a question after your attacks failed. Your discussions on timbit typically were one sided without much, if any, response or feedback from you. The impression you gave was you didn't care.

* If you want to know what was the last straw, it's really this combative tone and attitude, as reflected by your posts here, that you always seem to have. We try to promote respect and friendly interaction in the clan, yet we understand sometimes things can get quite intense, but that's why we have a lot of patience towards our members. With you, our patience has finally run out.

When we remove members, we often do so without warning, but we only remove members because of lack of fit. For our clan, fit is just about being active, being a team player and really trying to improve in war, and being respectful towards each other. We are an adult clan so no one needs to be told what this entails. Plus, we remind people about this on clanmail and clan chat constantly, and give people a lot of time to show they're a good fit for us (i.e. weeks if not months). As such, when someone has proven over a long period of time that he/she is not a good fit, then both sides should just move on and there is really no need for "warning". Afterall, there are many clans and many players out there so there's no need to waste too much time to mutually find the right fit, or worse, force a membership that is not ideal.

Hi there, this is Andrew. I was a member of the clan roughly 7 to 8 months ago. I have been trying to get back into the clan for the past few months, but it has always been full. Now that there is a spot, would I be able to get re-invited? I am a max TH8 now, upgrading to TH9 right now.
