Hi! As the title says Hay Day doesn't load. I saw this game at my girlfriend and i liked it. I downloaded the game, got stuck at "Loading..." then nothing happens. I've searched through the forum and i saw a lot of people with this issue, i tried to fix it as the moderators adviced and nothing.
My girlfriend runs the game on a iPhone 4 with iOS 6. I have a iPhone 4S with iOS 9.0.1. Anyone knows how to make it work ?
I'm having the same issue. When trying to access, get hung on the Connecting to server screen. Have tried deleting and re downloading and nothing works. Help!
Bump! Anyone can came up with a solution? I understand that there are a lot of problems and things to fix but
some people can`t even get past the Loading Screen...

I don't know the answer but I think Hay Day needs quite a lot of storage/space. If you have a lot of apps/games/photos that you do not use/need any more, I'd try deleting them in case it is a storage space issue -- I've had that problem before with downloading other apps. Maybe no help, sorry, but just thought I'd say it. Good luck.
Issue. Was playing earlier today and suddenly next time I logged in it didn't download. Tried everything. Even another phone. My phone is Samsung galaxy trend plus and the other is Samsung galaxy Jr. Hay day is not suddenly cooperative with either phones. Earlier today they were. At least trend plus. Please help.
I tried everything. I think i`ve read all the old threads about this problem and nothing. I tried everything i could find: Total Reset, A new GC account, Log in/out of the GC account, Install/Re-install the game, turn the device on/off, a software update without back-up, and so on...Nothing worked. I don`t want to believe this issue doesn`t have a fix or anything. Maybe it`s something that only Supercell can fix with an update but no response from them, there are tons of threads with different issues but it seems like we are ignored.Quote:
