Derby score not updating - please fix asap

Since a few days the derby score of our group is not updating. It's at 14K but if I add up all our scores we should be at over 22K. So we are not getting our horse shoes and we are in last place which is not correct.

This is a very ♥♥♥♥ty way to loose, we all worked hard to get at least the horse shoes and now we don't even get that because the stupid derby won't add our scores.

And on top of it all, this morning I had suddenly opted out of the derby... I am sure I did my 9 tasks already.

Please fix this. It is not something we can do anything about. All members are seeing that the score is not updating while they are finishing their tasks. Our group name is tropical paradise.

Please fix this. The derby is ending and we do not want to miss out on our horse shoes prizes.

It is not a local issue with just 1 player, non of our group (10 people) are seeing the score being updated and none are getting all their prizes.

Just wanted to show the overview of our derby tasks and our score. As you can see we are stuck at 14K and in last place, but if you add up all our scores we have way more.

And as you can see, we don't have all our horse shoes.

Well thanks very much Hay Day! NOT!

We ended last because our score did not update, we missed out on two horse shoes while we did get enough points for that and on top of that we now have been degraded from the champions league because we ended last, which we did not!

So thanks for not fixing this! This really really really really really SUCKS big time!

We are all deeply disappointed.

This issue should have been fixed with the second maintenance we did today! Please let us know if not!

No Nick, nothing was fixed. We only got 7 out of the 9 horse shoes we should have gotten and we are still in last place and our score is still wrong (still stuck at 14K while we should have 27K)
