New shield system

I'm getting really tired of being attacked multiple times over and over and not getting a shield. Just like a few moments ago someone attacked me with 152 troop space out of his max 220 yet I don't get a shield. But yet Supersuck says I wont get a shield if less than 1/3 of a full army is deployed. Maybe the guys at Supercell don't know how to do math but I'm sure 152 troop space out of 220 used to attack my base is more than 1/3 and over 1/2 of the troops deployed and they're getting over 30% damage done. And this happens on the daily multiple times until someone comes in and completely wipes out my base fully THEN I get a shield. Meanwhile I'm losing tens to hundreds of thousands in resources daily. Please fix this! Speaking of which someone just used a mass dragon attack as im typing this and got 87% destruction now I have a shield this is stupid and as other know the new shield system sucks and is geared toward money spending, TH9 players and up.

You might have accidentally remove your shield/guard. Maybe someone access your account with you knowing and mess up your village (friends/families playing your phone).

It is better to include screenshot or video (with time stamp + some summary) for people to fully understand your problem. Without actually look at your problems, people just have to rely on your descriptions. Which makes it hard to actually helps you.

Learn to express your problems/bugs properly

Actually it is 1/3 of your th level Max army + royals (hero) + spell. Detail calculation in the link. Nevertheless, I think the enemy attacks exceed the 1/3 conditions based on your description. Still, some picture would be nice as a proof
