The question is, what don't I hoard? Lol. I have about 30-40 of each item except for things easily found in the paper. I like to keep a full stock to help friends and neighbors' boats, trade, or to gift to my hoodies. Sometimes I hoard milk, I can have 100 and then one day have none and wonder where it all went, and I definitely hoard expansion materials.

If by hoarding, you mean always keeping 20 of certain items in stock, then I'm a hoarder of honey popcorn, honey toast, and honey apple cakes. :)

Saws and axes of course :) I cringe when I visit a farm that hoards dead bushes and trees.

Sugar but sometimes run out I make and hoarde and then suddenly it goes so all depends on what else I'm making out of it
Berry Juice haven't a clue why I just do lol it's not even like people need a lot of it either, can't remember last time I helped a boat with it
apart from rom that I tend to keep a pretty even split between everything else, I do have a lot of LEM at the minute but I'm opening up last 3 bits of land in the town,
Popcorn and bread. Also lem. I am really hoping for an update to use the lem. Currently they are taking up 700🙀 spaces in my barn.
I hoard dairy and sugar products, feathers and feather products, bacon and other things on a random basis. I am a serial hoarder too.😀
Expansion stuff. Against all forum advice, i collect for barn, silo, and town all at the same time! I usually expand barn and silo within days of each other. Breathing space and then i am off again. Thankfully land all expanded. I used to do all 4 at one time. If i cannot grow it or make it, i do not sell it.

Wow, I'm amazed at the numbers here, and the variety! I don't know that I'd say I hoard anything. Maybe mining tools? I get so few of them I can never bring myself to part with one and I only use them when I've got a mining task. And then I count the number of ore I get and choose the last tool accordingly so I never use more than needed. And looking at that objectively I'll now confess to hoarding mining tools. Wow (not a good one this time), I might need help :smirk:
I also buy eggs, milk, and bacon whenever they're in the paper. Price is irrelevant. But I never worry about keeping them or a minimum quantity - just use them up as fast as I can.

Keep,on wondering Elluna. You have just as much right to your opinion as anyone. And what is "obvious and simple" to some isn't always so obvious to others. Repeating it over and over across multiple threads doesn't make it so either. I get so many Tems it is disgusting. Probably because I decided not to upgrade anymore. I get lots of saws and axes on one farm but next to none on the other. The other one has lots of things I could cut down with an abundance of saws and the farm that gets saws has almost no native trees on it. I'll probably have to start harvesting more fruit trees soon.
