Something SERIOUSLY WRONG with the VS/VG

I have actual proof this time. As you can see, the time diffence between the last and previous attack is within +-30 minutes. I notice this kind of problem always happen in between the end of VS and the start of VG.

I got attack again when my VG is suppose to active. More to that, i lost more than 90% but didn't get any shield until someone attack me after the VG end. This has happen the 4@5 time this week on multiple account. This is my 2nd thread though. I already talk about it in this forum + the in game help & support. Why is it SC don't fix this ASAP? What the hell SC? Why is this problems/glitches/bugs exist after the update? Are you really that moron that didn't test the new system you implemented? Haven't heard of BETA TESTING?

This happens about 2-3 days ago. As you can see, I was attack 16 minutes ago, but I still have remaining 12 minutes of VG. That means that attack happen when I have 28 minutes VG remains. This should not be happening. This bug also happens on my other accounts.

It looks like you are being attacked after your 30min Village Guard expires and possibly never gain a shield in the first instance.

I see you have very low Exp, so tell us about you base. What th are you and is this a defenseless base ?

But if still didn't get the. Answer , let me explain :

First you're a Defenseless village, that make you an easy target, people attack with just few troops and because THEY DON'T USE 30 PERCENT OF DEFENDER TROOPS CAPACITY you don't get a shield.

The opponent is not using 1/3 of your army capacity so you're not getting a shield (just 30 mins VG)

My base is th5 base. Yes, it is kind of defenseless ( I'm not sure what this term means), only 1 cannon and no wall. Army camp 105 space atm. Barracks lvl 6. I'm not sure what is this suppose to matter

♥♥♥? Why didn't they mention this in the in game news? I just recently check on the forum. All this new gameplay change but they take it to casually with the information. Btw, the enemy did use more than 30% my army capacity.

Nevertheless, the part where the enemy able to attack me when my VG is active is what trouble me the most. This is my major concern. As far as I know, my base should be off limit to attackers during the time VG is active. Unless there's any change with this system that I missed, SC really mess up this game.

As I understand it, VG is 30 minutes in leagues below champs. The timestamps look like there is 33 mins between the attacks, so just out of guard (if my coffee has kicked in and I'm reading it correctly, anyways).

Maximum possible Army capacity on your Th level + 25 for each hero + maximum possible clan castle capacity on your Th level + maximum possible spell capacity on your th

And they mentioned it couple of times.

Army capacity also takes into account CC and spells

So TH5 has 1XX max capacity (the max applies) (I dont know what's TH5 max capacity lol, 120?)
+ 15 CC
+ 2 (?) for one elixir spell

Add up, do 1/3 of that (NOT 30% XD )

Spells do not count towards total troop capacity. Please don't post wrong information.

At TH5 you have:
3 camps = 45 each = 135
No heroes
CC = 15
Total = 150 troops

So 1/3rd would be 50 troops.

If they use heroes on you, meaning they spawn them, each is 25 capacity.

So if they spawn in 50 or more troops and deal 30% damage or more, you get a shield.

Edit:

First attack in screenshot:
8 giants = 40
21 barbs = 21
Total = 61
More than 1/3rd but only did 8% damage. No shield

Second attack:
31 archers = 31
12 barbs = 12
Total = 43
Less than 1/3rd so doesn't matter what percentage. No shield.

Third attack:
55 barbs = 55
More than 1/3rd and did more than 30% so you get a shield.

30% of 150 is 45. As it's 1/3 of defenders potential max capacity 50 is still the correct answer though.

Damn..I wish I have someway of showing the fact that they attack me when my VG is active. I'm not sure how to proof this thing through screenshot alone. This has happen to me so many times b4. I always keep track of my VS time remaining. I know I should get 30min of VG afterwards (means that they cannot attack me for another 30 min), but I still got attacked.

As I said earlier, the screenshot you posted showed 33 mins between attacks, so it looks like it's working as expected.

Either I'm being particularly dense or you're wrong, as I still make the last attack 33 mins before the middle one, which is itself 33 mins prior to the first.

That picture is supposed to show that I didn't get any shield after enemy successful attack. Which I know now that it is because of the 1/3 condition. There no problem there. I get it now.

The last attack happen exactly as it should..no problem there. But the previous one happen during my VG is active. My problem is the fact that I was attacked when my VG is supposed to active. Which I already said that I don't have the necessary proof in that screenshot

I contact SC, all they conclude is that I accidentally remove my VG. That is why I got attacked. But from the screenshot, you can see that I still have my VG. So it can't be accidentally remove. It can only be a bug/glitch unless someone different explaination

I see what you mean. At a guess this will be because the timer is giving you an exact time inc seconds, whilst the log time is only correct to the nearest minute. Not knowing whether the start of the VG is taken from the beginning or end of the attack on you means it's hard to be definite though, there's still 30-odd seconds unaccounted for. How long was the attack?

I don't know why is this matter. The fact is, when VG is active, I should not be attacked.

The 2nd attack on your log was 48 minutes ago, then you were attacked 16 mins ago. 48-16=32, so longer than a 30 min VG.

The first attack happened 16 mins and an indeterminate amount of seconds prior, you have 12 mins 25 seconds left on your VG. As it will have taken a few secs for you to take the screenshots and the screenshot of your attack log is first I'll make a rash assumption that you took that first, meaning you had a few more secs left on your VG - call it 10 seconds.

That gives you 12 mins and 35 secs added to 16 mins and up to 59 seconds, so 29 mins 34 seconds - I'm just wondering whether there is anything to account for the 30-odd seconds missing.

I think you have misunderstood about the screenshot. It is a DEFENSE LOG.

OMG..you clearly don't understand what's wrong at all. You kept on questioning some nonsense without actually explaining anything. What are you trying to say exactly? I'm not comparing between the 'first' (I meant the last/latest - proper terms) attack from the previous. I try show that the 'first'@last attack happen during VG active by looking at both picture.

Please can someone else explain this if it not some bug/glitch

- Free Village Guard time activates automatically when shields expire, from 30 minutes to 3 hours long based on League
- 2 hours of extra Village Guard can be bought for 10 gems every day in the shop, when your shield is down (23 hour cooldown)

Based on the screenshot, my VG started 17 mins 35 second ago based on 30 minutes VG after end of VS. Since the enemy's attack happen 16 minutes ago, that means the attack happen during my VG is active. If I'm mistaken, prove me otherwise.

Based on the screenshot, my VG started 17 mins 35 second ago based on 30 minutes VG after end of VS. Since the enemy's attack happen 16 minutes ago, that means the attack happen during my VG is active. If I'm mistaken, prove me otherwise.

You had no shield, the attack times show that. You also get a VG following an attack that does not give you a shield.
