I can exercise my activities usually help boats participating in the vicinity of the race, planting and harvesting among other things. However, I can only buy in Greg store. Would that solve this because I placed a lot of time on my farm to lose it as well, or need to urgently unlock.

I see this reported quite frequently in the forums. According to what I've read, SC shuts down the ability to buy and sell in roadside shops when they suspect something not permitted is going on with the farm.

Do you use software to automate crop growing or to play on a laptop/desktop? Maybe your farm drew their attention because lots of different locations and devices were logging into your farm. :confused:

Only SC can tell you the reason, but it seems they're ignoring your in-game reports. :unsure:

What I'm trying to say, they are ignoring me yes! As much as I talk they do not listen to me, they are always sending the same answers. I can not help it if strange beings enter my farm, I only say one thing never used any sowftware to achieve what I have come here to call for help for the release of the store, I ask you to help me! Because my time deposited on the farm can not be thrown in the trash as well. There are no conditions to start, invested a lot in it for real money, among other things ... I ask you to support a higher desbloquei my store because I can not stand to be with the economy of my stop farm. It's been well over 14 days and has not returned my store, this can only have been a mistake gaming system! This is absurd.

My farm is what I have too precious in my life, I can not lose it like that, and you also can not deprive me of the main feature of the game, the primal to move the economy. It is the material of my friends, who were stored in my barn for being the biggest, my friends are charging me and you do not solve this soon. If I were using some kind of sowftware I would have lost full access my doing, where I have not lost ... I just had a blockage in my store, which is the worst thing that could have happened to me. :(

You can keep describing the problem but none of us can help you. Supercell provides this forum but players do most of the posting. Problems need to go through support. The best we can do is tell you if it happens to one of us and what was done, but we can't help you. Maybe if you post in the bugs and problems forum someone may have an idea, but this is something that only SC can address and they don't read each post in this forum.

If I am not wrong, you get to talk to a support agent after 2-3 automatic responses, if that doesn't help, PM Nick on forums with details of your farm, not sure if he can do anything, but you can try.

Support doesn't come to the forum. They are only found in the in-game settings, which it sounds like you've tried, to no avail.

From what I gather from your other thread, there were multiple players playing this farm. Is that correct?

It is my guess that the reason you are facing the empty RSS is because of multiple players playing the single farm.

I know you really want this farm back. I can totally sympathize with that. You worked hard and have that big barn! ;) I think you're going to have to start fresh though, unfortunately.

I recommend reading the Terms of Service before you start your next farm so that you know what to avoid going forward.

They shouldn't ignore you. That's unfair. Support should change its procedure so they give questions like yours proper answers.

When you say they keep sending you the same answers, what do they say?

Also, are you saying these other people ("strange beings") don't have your permission to enter your farm? When you wrote this, I got the impression that you think of your farm (specifically, the barn) as a "group" farm that multiple people in your FB group had access to.

I get the sense, pedro, English is not your first language, and you're doing a great job communicating here. Maybe clarifying what's going on with us forumers will help you explain things to Support. Are you writing to Support in English or another language?
