Problem with Samsung device

I cant pass the loading screen with 2 Samsung devices, what can i do????

one of my hoodies had this issue today, figured it out for her. seems there was an update for FB that didn't load all the way. she had to unistall FB and restart, then reinstall FB. did the trick for her. might want to look at your FB
