Block members from your clan

I've been having a nightmare recently I left my clan as leader to join a stronger clan to grow and upgrade easier. They started a war and kicked me with half way through and I don't know why. Since then I went back to my clan and had one of the co leaders a th10 keep joining my clan saying its no good for my members to join them.

We we should as leaders be able to prevent some one from joining our clans if they are inactive, abusive, are in any way no good for your clan. I like to have my clan as open so any one can join helping me build up however I can't do this while this happens.

I know now if you keep kick or decline it blocks for 24 hours the should be a perms any option.
