I want you to understand that I truly respect your response to what I had to say.

Unfortunately for me, I can certainly have a really hard time taking in the way that someone is voicing their frustrations. Frequently, people sharing their complaints on this forum are very ungrateful for what has been created and given to them for free (Clash of Clans). Those who voice their frustrations in a more constructive manner I truly appreciate. That type of communication, whether it aligns with my views or not, is far more up-tone, if you will, and I can respect it.

It's the ugly, nasty way that certain people voice their frustration that really irks me to the point that I can somewhat blast off.

Problem is that the treasury receiving both loot cart loot and war loot would get filled too soon with would become anmoying really fast.

I haven't managed an upgrade since the Dec update and was looking forward to being able to save up enough in the treasury via the loot cart. I'm not really into the war side of things so this looks like it's still going to suck for me. I'd been hanging on for this tweak too which looks like a non starter for me. It's a bit wrong to promise something and then not follow through. I only have 2 xbows and 1 barracks to go at th 10 but as soon as I get over 4 or 5m in gold I get clobbered by a th 11 for everything. You have to sort that out, you have to give me some means to save resources that doesn't involve partaking in a war. The only hope I have is if the star loot is going be of a reasonable size. I am really losing all motivation regarding this game:thumbsdown:. I'm gutted that you swindled me into staying onboard then break your word. I feel ♥♥♥♥♥ed

This nonsense is here to stay and they will continue to make more "improvements" to the game mechanics instead of just adding new content like has worked in the past for them. They won't revert TH shields. They might relent on some of the other topics, percent for league loot, percent for shield, collector rate increase (still "loot problems" and they've been making people pay for how long?), or a real increase to league loot bonus. Things of this nature. I don't see them ever giving Heros during war. That seems like a no brainier nice thing for you players, but they want gem sales on starting and finishing them early so you can continue to enjoy the game. The other clash clones allow hero upgrades in their "lab" and your "Heros" never is un-usable. Which is smart considering it is a fundemental part of the game and to attack and defend without it seems...well "not like the game was intended" lol

hope that helps someone...I'm currently here to stay but probably will be posting more helpful things moving forward. Don't get it wrong though. I cut my gem spending down to basically nothing and am not happy with SC dev team. I think this was a bad business move changing game mechanics in such a drastic way when there are true paying customers playing and paid because they liked the old method. Shady move...not even going on the release timing right before a holiday and how long it's still taking for any kind of "honey" update instead of all "stick" making things...kinda harder in a already long drawn out grinding game.

Thanks for actual helpful advice. It's not fun anymore and who knows how long my members will stay either. If I didn't have such good people in my clan I'd have left after the update too.

This makes no sense. With the one-gem boost for collectors, loot in TH10 has been fantastic. I'm doing just 6 or 7 attacks per day and keeping five builders busy, plus my storages are filling up fast. The 12-hour shield means you would only getting raided twice a day if you are not active, while if you are active, you should easily make up what you've lost.

Also when you get clobbered by a TH11, it's not for "everything", as you cannot lose more than about 20% of your storages in a single defense.

"given to them for free"... Where as the free players and paying players have the same volume to their voice. I was(am still) mad because I bought gems promoting a game and game mechanics I enjoyed and wanted to support that company. I'm not as angry anymore in large part to me being able to vent here with some chance of being heard. Also a lot better here than other forms of social media they can't monitor.

Since the game changed so drastically, and not just the update but general mood of clash, I've just stopped raiding. I just war and keep loot poor. Not too much of a problem collector rates are nominal compared to what a new TH 10 costs in war costs. And gold goes into walls...almost done with Legos....wish I worked Heros more pre update but DE isn't too hard to come by....keeping it for that last 50k before you can upgrade. Now that's the hard part. Juicy new TH 10... Figure why bother.

We shall see what this update truly brings. I feel it will be more "shiny object" to distract us from the problems from the last update and try to make us forget. Whereas I think it will be a help...still haven't added loot back in from removing TH snipes so more mouths to feed...and having to raid constantly when trying for any Upper end TH 9+ upgrades good luck. Not enough people in the higher TH ranges that hold loot unless their nasty TH 10+ than not worth the cost to get it. Queen walk is becoming popular since it clears a path and keeps things cheap lol...what a lame strategy. Shorten healer "attack" distance...
