Yep. Lower level ths always see dead bases and great loot to get them "hooked" then when upgrade prices and time for them go up they give you ♥♥♥♥ loot because you've made it this far and won't turn back...although it's getting easier and easier not to play though I have to say.

To everyone thinking of saying "barching dead bases requires no skill"...maybe you're right....but being tossed some every now and then helps with progression (especially higher ths)

they should know that aside from those super hard core kids that have their parent's credit cards, most people who actually spend money is the one who have money (work everyday, thus become a casual since they don't have that many time to play)

there's also this logic that:
people who works = don't have much time = use their money for gems = gem to catch up to others who play more

Per star:
LEGEND = 400k (2M total)
TITAN = 300K
CHAMP = 200K

Loot Cart: 25% Return (i.e. lose 400k, get back 100k which brings the loot loss back to pre-update amounts)

A simpler solution would have been double league bonus and 25% reduction in troop and spell cost and time. But that would be boring and too simple.

They should spend more time improving the actual gameplay. Rather than making the loot and shield system even more convoluted in the name of "balancing" the loot. End of the day, players just need more loot.

I couldn't agree more. This current trend of shunning huge portions of the player-base is concerning yes.


*Edit - Side note: A member of our clan spent $550 last night doing 7 levels of his queen because he is busy all the time with work..

I was gonna say, I was on my clan chat nonstop through the day as the leader of our clan, helping others, talking about life, donating, etc... before the update hit.

Now I'm only on once every hour and a half when my heros are done regenerating and my spells are full. A lot of others in my clan are the same way, ducking in and out as their raid armies ready. The clan chat has definitely started to become a bit of a bore and I think that's really gonna hurt in maintaining a lot of the interest in players as we move forward.

Also, I still don't see that the issue has been fixed where top level players are given enough incentive to move up to appropriate leagues. In fact, the 5 star bonus actually is made easier to acquire down in a league like silver where a very fair of townhalls still remain outside of player's bases.

Definitely don't wanna come off as whiny so I hope this is viewed more as constructive criticism where I'm sharing my personal experiences that I also can see happening with a lot of other players/clans.

Let's see how this update changes the resource balancing and THEN we can judge. It's too early still.

I was wondering can you guys put in like a battling system so we can versus our clan mates or friends AKA like what u have in clash royale I think that would make the game a thousand times better because we can acturally vesus and practice on our friends so we can try out new stratiges and not lose any tropies.

This is a great update. Also thinking about the leagues. It's true that there are rankings per league right? What if every end of the monthly season, you also give the highest ranking players in a particular league mayba the loot bonus or gems or etc. coz in this way players would also urge to fight even at a slightest time in maintaining their positions to get such a free bonus that they worked hard. I think this will be awesome stuff. Because pprimarily who benefits the most are top clans getting gems. But how about those in the lower leagues who find themselves difficult yet to push through. Hopefully somedday this updaate might pass on. Great job anyways guys.
