i think barchers and gibarch is a good place to start :) because some do end up with 29% that causes almost 0 return after a raid that finally gave the defender a shield, when the defender ran out of shiuild from the previous attacks it's like they spent time just to recover the loot it lost. i think about 10 to 20 % in loot profits after getting raided might ease the players. its not as much as th sniping profits but almost equal to the profits prior to the th 11 update with the th inside

Why is everyone so excited about Anoushka's response? All she said was that if we wait yet another week we still won't have a fix. We will get a sneak peek at the fix. But no fix.

For reference to anybody already "hyped for fix", just go back to when you were hyped about th11 update. Then try to remember your reaction to subpar sneakpeeks. Finally the update came and everything was even worse than it appeared in sneak peeks. Still hyped about upcomming tweeks? :D

This may be pure speculation on my part, but I have a feeling that the original release date for the update got delayed. It was probably supposed to go live a few weeks after clashcon, but likely ran into delays as it tends to happen when you put too many changes in at once. This pushed the release to a point where they had to make a decision, send it out to the public right before the holiday in a buggy, but playable form or push it into the new year and face a dfferent kind of criticism for not following through on their promises. This update was doomed to face a PR nightmare no matter what choice they made. So they release it in it's buggy form, and fixed the worst one right away before closing shop for a couple of weeks.

In other words more testing was clearly needed but there was also a deadline. Hindsight being 20/20 it probably would have been better for them to come out with a release telling the players that the update was delayed and required additional testing. Or maybe that wasn't possible with the new programming as it relates to the holiday gem boost special they were offering. Only SC knows for sure and that is information they aren't ever likely to share.

As a developer, I can tell that you don't know how it works.

You don't get to run off into a corner and develop in isolation for an indeterminate period of time. You have to provide estimates and regular updates to your lead/manager/client.

Actually pbt still isn't working correctly. I tried signing on earlier today after being off for 4 hours and I couldn't because my villagers had gone to long without a shield

it's working correctly, it's likely that your device keeps running clash in the background even after turning off the screen. may i ask if your using an android or an ios device when playing clash?

I'm using android and no it wasn't because I reset my phone about an hour after I logged off.

Besides even if this was true I should have been kicked off server-side due to inactivity
