Do not expect much from customer support!
I have sold an old ipad a couple months ago and i was under the impression that i had deleted all the information from it
Now someone else is playing my th10 village that i have owned for almost 1 Year i have not shared my information with anyone so i can only assume that whoever purchased the ipad is now playing COC
According to my latest email received by a supercell customer support staff there is nothing they can do!?
If you sell your device and you lose your village for some reason there is nothing they can do to help.
Players are supposed to keep their devices until they quit the game !?!?

Every week we see accounts getting ♥♥♥♥d and villages getting stolen and although it is financial lucrative for supercell to have players starting all over again, it would be nice if once in a while supercell could think about their clients and write a few lines of code to avoid this and other problems from happening.
