Currenly, top clans are sorted by throphys...I checkout couple of them.. Most of them don't do wars...
Would a good clan means better in wars rather than bunch of heavy paid user stick together do nothing everyday?
One thing that they don't get is the number of war wining, would be possible to have a leaderboard that based on war winning or clan xp?
