Hi, I wanted to ask that my brother phone is broken for fews days and he live in USA, he is coming back today and it is okey if he can play COC on my phone for while he get his new phone. Won't this affect my village or would I get banned by doing this I need few opinion what should I do.

You won't get banned but make sure you have your villages synced to your own GameCenter account so that they don't get lost.
