PBT message even after being offline for more than 20 minutes

I'm still having issues with the PBT system, I logged off 25 minutes before the PBT was going to kick in and stayed offline for more than 20 minutes; when I tried to log in again, the "Villagers need a break" message showed up.
I didn't get attacked during this 20 minutes, no barb drops, no VG, no shield, nothing.
