I'm aware of the fact that my mines and pumps are at a low level and I am currently upgrading them as of now. But otherwise, do you guys think I'm ready for the jump to townhall 7. And if not, some constructive criticism would be appreciated as to what you think I should do.

Yes.
Upgrade now because you then get the extra barracks/army camp - it's easier to farm resources.
However, you should stay at TH7 until all your defensive buildings are upgraded to max. If you can also upgrade all the walls then great otherwise just do defensive buildings.
IMO you should stay at TH 6 till u max out everything, but loot in TH 7 is not worse, or could even be better, because you can raid higher level bases with dragons or lvl 4 troops. But I agree with what Stitch said, max out everything in TH 7
Go for th7!! You can loot more there and farm while your th is upgrading, but you gotta balance it also and not get overwhelmed with the back lag of upgrades that you missed in th6. You'll get added barracks and army camps to 200 though in th7.
Also, be mindful of the loot penalty some people i think get carried away at this point and just keep upgrading th. Just saw a post somewhere here also saying that th8 might be the new sweet spot with th10 out...

Good to go. TH7 is the sweet spot of farming.
I would move up.
Upgrade your air defense because in th7 there are dragons and they are a PAIN to deal with. Upgrade some walls if you want here and there, but all thatmove up! Just don't get carried away and keep upgrading like hell fast.
