Can't make purchase

I have $20 on my google account but when I go to purchase gems i keep getting an error msg, it been over 3 days since I put money on my account yet still can't. The error message says that there was an error in receiving information from server. Then has a bunch of numbers and letters after than which in guessing is the error code.

Is this the error your talking about?

and then there is a row of numbers and letters that stars with these number and letters :

" {RPC:S-7:AEC-0......} "

I had the same problem. It's not supercell issue, it's android failure, I guess you can't purchase anything in any apps. As far as I know This problem usually happens when there are more than one Google accounts on your phone and one of them doesn't have a valid payment method.

The solution to this android problem is this :

1: clear catch/data for goole play store, remove all Google account from phone settings / Accounts. Clear catch/data again. Add only one Google account to your phone, the one that you want to purchase gems with it (I think this Google account should be linked to your village , right?). Restart your phone. Check that if you can purchase gems or not.

2: if the method above didn't worked , you have to do a factory reset, add only one account (you know which account I mean). The problem should be fixed.

Ahh yes i do have more than one account on my android. I'll try what you mentioned and will see if it works.

Its a google error,try the following;
Method1.Remove all your google accounts and readd them
Method 2.Clear data and cache of all google play store related apps
Method 3.Uninstall playstore updates(it will auto update again after a while)
Method 4.Try it make the purchase on another device
Method 5.Factory Reset device
Method 6.If problem persist contact google support
