I didn't see a post about 2nd hits. Do we hit a base that hasn't been called or save our 2nd attack for a clean up?

You need to do your second attacks 8 hrs later i think not sure about the base. it will be mostly +/- 7

Spot on - but you need to ensure you have a co-leader/leader's approval before you do the second attack.
