My son's phone meets all listed requirements, yet in Google Play it claims it is not compatible and won't load. I won't allow non-trusted APKs on his device, so as long as it doesn't work out of Play Store, he won't have it. He wants it, though. Think you can add it?
Go to settings -> application manager -> all.
Clear data and force stop Google play services and Google play store.
Then open the play store, log into it again and see if it works.
If that doesn't work then the apk is: http://apk4fun.com/apk/45/
While it isn't released by supercell many people have used it and it works fine.
