Potential Troop idea?

A good idea to increase attack diversity is the addition of Mega Troops.
Mega troops are an essentially upgraded version of the previous troop that have increase speed, attack speed, slight health bonus etc. You can build the Mega Machine at TH9, and upgrade it once per new Townhall level. Upgrading slightly increases the Mega troop' bonus. You may only have one Mega troop' upgrade active at one time, and you can change whichever troop gets the bonus in the Mega Machine.

I'm sorry but how does this increase diversity. Won't people still be attacking with the exact same armies, just with better troops now?

This would be just like the mega pekka from clash con. We don't want overpowered versions of our current troops. We would rather have new ones.
