Penalties

In the last time I am aware of some jumpers, that's ok, because our clan is careful. I want to talk about the guys which are in a clan war and just leave or are getting kicked out because of abusing our clan-law.
Those who leave shall be penalised. Maybe by asking "do you really want to leave, you're in clan war and you will pay to each of your current clan-mates". Ok, what if this guy or girl don't have that much? My suggestion would be, only those who are penalised will go minus. This means, if they're jumping to another clan, the new clan will see, he/she is a clan war leaver. His only choice is to be out of any clan.
If there's someone who needs to be kicked out and still in clan war, only the leader is able to initiate the kick and the reason must be a good one, maybe two co-leaders need to confirm leaders choice.

I think the possibilities are great. It's just another new challenge.

This is already in the game. It is called a war timer. That tells someone that they were currently in a clan and bow they are no longer in that clan.
