I paid 26,99 and 12,99 Turkish money but didnt get the gems

Hi
Today i bought 1200gems+500gems but didnt get em. I deleted the game restarted my device but it didnt help me. So i called i tunes they said we got your money and received to clash of clans please contact clash of clans. So i wrote to clash but they didnt reply me yet. Please someone help me to get my gems :(
Edit: I think supercell will say please contact itunes if you didnt get your gems.
Edit2: supercell said please contact itunes if you dont get your gems.
Edit3: itunes says we get and gave your money to supercell.
What to do now ? Im going for th10 i was thinking about to gem my town hall today for 1500 gems but now im about to delete the game

yeah they will tell you to contact iTunes so better to mention that you have already contacted them and they asked you to contact supercell. Also post a screenshot of your chat with iTunes

Apple don't allow Supercell to view purchase information and manage them. If you don't get the gems and iTunes validated it then it means it froze on the way which means Supercell still haven't been told it's been bought for. The best thing to do is get a refund for the gems from Apple and try to make the purchase again.

Once i get a refund from apple. But this is the same problem and apple dont give a refund if you have the same problem twice they just say we gave your money to game please contact em here is the receipt. http://i.hizliresim.com/gZXvO0.jpg

Of frozen purchases and was able
To get a refund and buy the gems again? Like I said. Supercell really can't do anything. You can try contacting supercell support with the receipt again and see if they can help.

So does google allow supercell to view and manage in app purchases??

As far as I know iOS Developers would only receive some kind of "ping" when a purchase is complete and then they would release the gems or whatever is bought.
