Farming Eagle Artillery For Gems (Supplement w/Milking Method)

I will be posting this separate from all the milking strategies for the soul purpose of this being a supplement to milking. This quest farming works well with milking, because you farm at a high frequency, and also the fact that silver and gold hold a lot of bases placing the eagle artillery outside. Silver and Gold contain some of the most th11 rushers so this would be your best bet.
