Hi,
It's probably best that you contact Support about it through in game settings. The other option is to cancel the upgrade and start it again (which has worked for others) but if you do that you will lose 50% of the resources you spent on it.
Not a fake image, I did contact, didn't really help though and I don't wanna cancel and not get refunded fully, ugh
