Supercell should have a rule against this...

Background: There was this guy in our clan (let's call him an idiot since I'm not sure if we can reveal names on the forums). Idiot was in our clan for about a month or so, suddenly couple of days back he played a small prank with one of our co leaders(lets call him Bill) by donating him goblins when he clearly said he didn't want goblins. Idiot was kicked out by Bill, but invited few minutes back anyway. Now this guy, instead of apologising, starts fighting with Bill that he never donates anything in the clan (first of all there are only 6 or 7 of us in the clan who donate and we donate pretty well, no one has ever complained). Then Idiot starts screwing around, makes a horrible base right before war begins, attacks two of the lowest bases (Idiot #13 attacked #39 and #40) and gets kicked of the clan. He makes his own clan (I wont reveal the name again, but it was a mockery of our clan name and he named it "Clan By Idiot"). Then goes on to write a very offensive clan description against our clan and Bill (screenshots attached below) but he changed it in the morning but its still a bit offensive

TLDR: There's this kid being rude towards our clan and specifically one of our members and using profanities in his clan description against us, what action can we take against him?

Get his player tag, then send it and your screenshots to Customer Support.

He'll get a nice little time out to think about what he did wrong.

Keep your clan strong! Dont let immaturity make your clan weak. If clanmates leave and want to follow idiot let them. Go to his clan profile however, and report for slandering your clans name in description.

Live and let live. There's really no harm here so just clash on!

Not much point covering up the clan & player names when clan tag is still visible...........!😉

As I said, no one hates our clan and no one from our clan is leaving to join his clan because either they dont know him or they dont like him lol. The guy named Bill has been least bothered some "kid" trolling around and said if he comes back again, he will straight away get a boot. It's just that I want that guy to be banned for a day or two at least to let him know that he's being extremely childish.

Step 1: take screen shots of offensive clan description or clan chat. Learn to do this every time you run into this problem, as these kind of things do happen from time to time.

Step 2: report it in game. The steps are a) click on the gear icon, b) click on Help and Support, c) choose Contact Us in the top right corner, d) tell them briefly how this person is harassing or abusing you, and e) attach screen shots. (Without the screenshots, Supercell cannot do anything.) To attach screenshots to your message, you click on the camera icon within the New Message screen. Then hit Send. After you hit Send, you can still attach additional screen shots if needed.

Be persistent. About 1/3rd of the times I have contacted Supercell support with an issue, I've gotten a nonsensical, boiler plate response. If you're not satisfied with the response, open another ticket. Some of the employees in Supercell Support are apparently motivated to close out tickets without bothering to look at the attachments.

Hope this helps. This kind of experience is an unfortunate part of this game, but there is a way to protect your clan from ongoing harassment.

Any time. Took me a few bad experiences before I realized there was an established process to address these issues. Supercell doesn't make it easy to find this feature, but it is sometimes a necessary part of running a clan.

And the other screen shot has your clan name as well as the co-lead in questions name (not much point in calling him 'Bill').

Lol I know, did that on purpose though; cant black out everything or no point in posting the screenshots.
