The Game is Not Intended to play like this By boosting resources everyday.

Since the TH11 update they realized that there were economic problems in the game, so for a super simple fix they left the 1 day: 1 gem boost up. It seems to be working for now because people are realizing to boost only what they need. They took away army boosts to prevent many boosting armies, which has leveled out the amount of attacks so that people aren't always getting their resources shagged constantly

It's a good choice on their part to help us out a little while we wait for the balancing they're working on.

Because enough people who couldn't adapt to the game post-update whined loudly and often enough to force Supercell's hand.

But if they acknowledged the problem and allowed the boost to continue for what appears like the rest of the winter season, you don't think there is any fault in the update itself?

If the update wasn't the problem as per you, then they should have left things as is. We all want more dead bases right? Oh wait, they hide those too...

get a 1 gem boost and still not happy. i would rather have that then finding 1 to 2 dead bases a day...if sc gave your 30m loot for free would that make you happy? or would you still be ♥♥♥♥♥♥

You think this is helping you out? You do realize you are spending 17 gems per day right? That is 17 gems per day that SC was NOT getting previously from many players. 17x7=119 gems per week.

It seems to me that allowing this to continue serves 2 roles. One, it appeases many players as they like it obviously, and 2, its revenue generating to SC as most people do not boost all their collectors anyway.
