Can everyone be mature? For once?

Ok guys.
Post update loot is horrible- I agree
TH no more outside - Fine, I'll play the game "as intended"
TH sniping - I miss it, climbing up to crystal to snipe and earn DE was awesome.
PBT and Shields- Buggy, I want that fixed even though they said its fine

BUT,

even though Anoushka has apologized for the terrible loot and said the company is working on it, why are we being so impatient and immature?

"Can Supercell be trusted"
"Supercell is ♥♥♥♥♥♥cell"
"Supercell is cash hungry"
"Supercell ruined the game for clash royale"
"Clash is a waste or time"

and the most immoral is getting refund for your spent gems. Sure its legal. But its being cheap.

Being cheap? Now that is just nonsense. I work for my money and expect value when I spend it. Supercell made the most recent changes to increase their revenue. Does that make them cheap?

Money involves this game. If anything, what they are doing is cheap.

Getting your money back for a game that was advertised one way and changed completely half way through? Ever bought a nice expensive car and when you get home find out it has no motor? I would be asking for some money back. Change the rules after three years and expect everyone to jump on the bandwagon is silly. If it was meant to be played a certain way make it that way from the start. PERIOD!

Everybody has their own morals and ethics but not sure you should try to place your own morals above others. Anyway perhaps SC are holding the moral high ground here by abiding by their legal obligations.

I think the response is indicative of the frustration.

If we look back objectively, we can see in each of the Sneak Peek threads, some responses predicting much of what we have now been forced to endure. So, there is the "told you so" nature of the frustration, in my opinion.

Then, SuperCell basically disappeared and left the poor forum moderators to try and hold things together. So, there is the "vacuum of information" frustration.

Then, given that virtually every ... EVER aspect of the game play experience experienced some level of negative impact, to see the first reply from Anoushka as being completely off-base, there is the "they really have no idea what they're doing" frustration.

Literally EVERY SINGLE ASPECT (apart from the TH11 content, balance issues aside) associated with the update and the approach to handing the post-update issues, has been handled about as wrong as it could have been handled.

Frankly, I think, as a company, they deserve EVERYTHING they are getting and more.

meant for enjoyment...fun...leisure...

If you no longer enjoy it stop playing it...that's the rule in our house.

We played a game a few years ago and when we stopped having fun due to a certain group who were blatant blahs we left...

Basically if you like playing Clash have at...if you don't and want to take the mature route and be an adult stop playing and find something else.

So you buy a car, use it for years, keep paying for maintenance, and service messes it up, they apologize and say they will fix it asap, do you say "no give me refund of the cost of the car"

Excellent points. In short, follow forum rules, keep threads consolidated to Feedback thread or similar themed threads.
