I have transferred my clash of clans account from android to iPad. I want to buy gems, so if I delete the game on the iPad and reinstall the game on my iPad again, will my village still be there?
or can u only transfer once?
the game was originally downloaded on my friends account and installed on that so now I have to reinstall
Any help? I really want help with this

As long as you're saved in GC your village will be saved.
You need to create another Gamecenter username on your ipad, in order to start a new village. I suggest google how to do that.
If you've played clash on the pad with your Game Center id logged in, I would think it would be associated with that id, regardless of who downloaded it.
Log into Game Center and startup clash and it should ask you if you want to associate your current village with your Game Center id. (If you haven't done it already.)

I wouldn't rely on it being there unless it is associated with your Game Center id. If when you startup clash, you get a little Game Center window that says "welcome back 'your name'", I think you'll be ok. If you are not using Game Center, then who knows?
