Th9s and lower!

After reading through post after post I have noticed the only people that are happy with this update are th10s and th11, because they aren't getting wrecked everytime they log off. Are there any th9s and lower that actually like this update?

Here's another issue, all those th11s have reaped the benefits over the past few years having their townhall outside and hitting dead bases, now they're gone. So what about all the people who didn't have the same advantages they had maxing our bases. It seems like SC said in this update, if you hadn't been playing for three plus years then screw you.

Unfortunately life isn't fair op however this is a game if it is not enjoyable for you don't play it time is precious don't waste it 👍🏻

th sniping was always going to be removed, it was just too easy.
i'm an early th9 and i'm okay with this update. apart from the loot problem, which seems to be improving now, i liked most of it

I have both a TH8 and a TH9 and I love the update.

I'm a TH9 and can't really complain about the update.

What loot problem? Every member in my clan doesn't have a single issue with finding loot, back to back storage raids and inactives raids posted non stop in our chat. Clan has never been more alive.

I'm a th 8 and I don't mind th update. Somethings I'm not the happiest with but overall I would say I like the new features more then I dislike others.

I'm TH9 and it would be OK to get raided if I found loot to raid back. So far loot offers are too low. If this gets fixed then I don't really have a problem with the update.

I just happen to have a lot of free time on my hands at the moment, but I've been using a lot of it to find new games.

But ... Sure op is the way this game has always been, but everyone had a fair advantage to op different bases from the beginning. Now they made drastic changes to the game and it's stunting everyone growth except for th10s and th11s.

Currently with the 1 gem boost I think the update is okay. I do get wrecked by max TH10s every time I log off, as I am in Champs 3. I think the update goes to ♥♥♥♥ as soon as this boost is over, however.

However, I thought the update was supposed to push near max TH9s like myself up into higher leagues, and it is honestly not that much different than it was before. There is little incentive to be up here. I have to Next 50 times to find a decent TH9 with good DE to attack. The only reason I'm up here is because the DE is pretty good, and that is all I care about upgrading atm, especially since wall weight is absolutely ridiculous in war.

Another thing is that Elixir is ridiculous to save up at the moment. It doesn't bother me much since all my elixir upgrades are done, but I cannot imagine upgrading all my army camps when I move to TH10 in the current situation.

My th10 kept getting wrecked by th11's in C3 so I temporarily left that league and am in M2 now.

Hey man. I understand why so many people don't like this update... and it definitely took time to adjust. However, once you adapt and find the league that works for your base... I promise you can Barch, BAM, Gibarch all day long and grab a ton of loot. In my opinion, the only downside to this update is personal break timer. I am 20 days away from being a maxed nine.

In addition, TH10's are having the most trouble with loot right now so to say this update was for TH10s and Th11s is incorrect. I hope you find your league that allows you to farm dead bases, but it'll take some time.

I'm a th 9 just working on walls and heroes now. I don't mind the update because it's pretty easy to make up any DE lost on a raid.
But thinking back to when i was a new th 9, i relied heavily on dead bases and barch. I don't know how i could have maxed my defenses without that cost/time efficient army.

Th9 here. Casual player, having no trouble progressing after the update.

All I got was a level 1 freeze spell. Honestly I would be indifferent to the update... If it weren't for all the collapsing scenery here. Seems like the forums are starting to quiet down a bit. Sc will smooth out the rough patches in time and those with patience will reap the benefits.

Im a mid range TH9 and didnt like the update at first but I am learning to adapt.

Since the update I pushed from gold to champions with ballonion and gowipe attacks to get the 2000 gem bonus. finally got it over a week ago, I have been able to tread water in champions ever since, although you have to next 10 to 15 times in order to even see another TH9 you can attack. mostly TH10 up here.

In the past week I was able to save up enough DE to start my Golem 4 upgrade(80K) without having to gem it.

I am only using gems for boosting mines and quick troop builds for clan war requests.

I was going to spend the 2k on a 5th builder, but post update, I dont think he would ever get used.
In the 2 weeks I have to wait for my new golems I will save for AQ upgrades.

its slower going post update, but it still works, no clan members have quit either.

I'm a high TH9, although loot is tighter after the update it's over selling it to say the game is not playable. I get raided hard but the key is to raid more than you are raided or spend it if you want to stay ahead on resources. Hopefully supercell will address the loot shortage as they said in the announcement a few days ago.

Anytime there is a change the argument of not being fair to those that come later is going to fall on deaf ears. People including myself used to do Zapping before it was removed with an update. The bottom line is you have two options: adapt or stop playing. And while we are on the subject of fairness the old TH gives shield system was inherently unfair. It enabled someone to raid loot for hours on end and them essentially have 12 hour shield button. How is a system that allows you to attack but not be attacked fair?

I have a th9 that only has walls and heros so it's not bad because I keep my storages low, but still get hit multiple times a day. I also have a th8 that only has walls left, but until something is changed I'm not going to put myself through the stress of upgrading to th9 since this new update. I don't really and never did raid more than twice a day on either account. In crystal 3 right now and when I do raid I get 250k gold and elix on average but the troops cost 250k. So my elix stays where it is and my gold is getting my walls. I've learned I'm not breaking my shield, so only raid when less than 3 hrs left.

I'm not gonna go into any more detail.

I'm a th9 I like some parts of the update. Loot is awful sometimes it's good sometimes all depends on time of day I attack. Each day is different I'm slowly upgrading If i can't get enough to do an upgrade I dump into my walls.

Until they sort the leagues out it's a joke

Base design is way more important now than before. If you design a good base you can get the shields with minimal loss of loot. My TH9 progresses just fine, same as before the update, but my base design is way different to encourage the shield.

My wife's TH7 account is doing just fine also, and once again its due to our base design. I've always believed good base design is 60% of the game, being able to attack properly the other 40%.

Since I got my clan to adopt our way of base design everyone is progressing at a pretty normal pace, and our clan has actually gotten bigger post update.

Only got one crier about the update still, but guess what, he hasn't followed the new base design practice so I just chuckle at him.

And yes, I am strictly a war guy.
