Guess how many gems you can garden in a day

Greetings Unhappy/Happy Clashers,

I won't be putting any more $$ into this game so I was wondering how long it takes to accumulate gems on a base. I started keeping track of how many gems you can garden at TH levels 7, 8 and 9. I started counting exactly 28 days before The Update (not knowing the update was coming) and then 28 days after. Results? There was no difference 'before' and 'after' and I got an average of 6 gems per day and three gemboxes per month on all bases. There was no difference between TH levels, they all got about the same amounts.

Has anybody else kept track? I'd be curious to know if other levels had different results.

Between 8 and 12 roughly

When you average the 25 from you gem box once a week it comes down to 10-15 a day usually. But no I haven't tracked and kept accurate counts going.

The obstacles spawn at a rate of one every 8 hours and on average the removal of one results in 2 gems. The actual sequence for number of gems is 6, 0, 4, 5, 1, 3, 2, 0, 0, 5, 1, 0, 3, 4, 0, 0, 5, 0, 1, 0.

Gem boxes always contain 25 gems and the proposed spawn rate was 1 box per week though it appears from your data that this is actually 1 box every 10 days.

You have the average of 6 gem per day plus 25 gems a week from gem boxes. what make 67 per week!

I gots no scientific evidence, but I have noticed that if you spend gems, then gem boxes appear faster. It is as if the normal gem box spawn rate is one a week, but that counter gets reset if you spend only just one gem. I started noticing this after I would spend 1-8 gems to finish off an upgrade.

Then figure in that obstacles don't spawn when we are actively playing. And less if we have a base that covers most everywhere the obstacles could spawn. It is going to vary a bunch between villages.

My main I probably get on average 6 a day. The mini account probably gets an average of 12 a day.

This was confirmed awhile back although i was told gem boxes vary between 7-10 days.

6 gems a day on average is correct from regular obstacles.
