I was using multiple accounts on my device like 4 villages. My another id was ♥♥♥♥ed and coc helped me to recover my id by giving me a link code! I used that code while i was playing my account after i copied the link and load the game. The village i recovered was connected but the village i was playing is not loading anymore. I tried it many times but the recovered village gets loaded but not my old village is not loading anymore.
Help please
You can try to go into App settings and clear data/cache for Clash, I assume youre on Android?Quote:

Will clearing data solve the problem?
Your best bet is to contact support in game then go from there. Nobody on the forums is going to be able to solve this for you.
They recommend only using 1 account per device to prevent this. Don't expect too much help from them.

you probably have wiped the other village when you entered the link code.
I assume that you were logged into your gmail account when you linked the village, consequently it overwrote your old village.
you should have created a new gmail account, link it to a new lvl 2 village and then use the link code to overwrite that lvl 2 village. you can only have one village linked to your gmail account.
I'm afraid your old village is lost permanently.

Hmm... you're in a sticky situation. Follow these steps carefully and closely.
1. Make a new Google account. The village you have lost will end up being linked to do this.
2. Start a new Clash account be reinstalling Clash.
3. Connect this new Clash village to the new G+ account you just made.
4. Contact support from the new account with all the details of the old village. Including first purchase receipt.
5. Wait for them to reply. I strongly recommend you stay on the new Clash village while waiting for them to reply which can take a couple of days.
I also recommend you don't play multiple villages on one device. It causes problems like this one. It's safer and better to have 1 account per device.

It's the best I can suggest you, there is no guarantee support will be able to recover the village though.Quote:
