How long ago was the attack?
Got any video or screenshot?
Nevermind my bad, the attack was 21 minutes ago, and I had a shield and didn't realize it.
Then I attacked 4 times so I don't have a shield.
Are you a defenseless base? If so, get some defences and walls.

A guy asked the same question a few hours ago, same scenario. A player needs defences for the shields to work, he was defenseless. Can't remember the Mod who explained the mechanics but did point out from the update rules..Quote:
