I think you meant shield & not guard. In that case, yes, you will keep losing an amount of it every time you attack.
3hr at first attack and increasing by 1hr every attacks.
You are looking at the cooldown.period of a one week shield. There is no 35 day shield.
Yes you can attack under that shield and the attack "penalties" are 3 hrs, 4 hrs, 5hrs, 6 hrs, 8 hrs (I think). Someone will chime in with exact times soon.I suspect.
You will be able to do around 50 attack..until the shield rans out..if its 35 days in total.

Yes, this is precisely what has wrecked game play above 4800 trophies. Many, and maybe even MOST players purchased the shield and then attack through it, without concern of losing trophies from defense. This was predicted as a rebuttal in the Sneak Peak thread, but SuperCell went ahead with the December Debacle and made high trophy game play even WORSE.
