Spell cooking time needs reducing

This has been clear since update, but really noticeable after the attack boost was removed. At TH10 in an average attack I use four or all five spells. This is in Champs, using my DE farming army of a queen walk, with giants, wiz and a few hogs.

I see no way of farming successfully for DE without needing my spells. Rest of my army takes about 40mins to build, less if I queue the healers up. My heroes take about an hour and a half, but usually my queen at least survives with some health, so is up quicker.

My spells? Two hours and twenty minutes.

This is dumb. Its fine to force us to use full strength armies to farm, but to have to wait 2hr + between raids isn't. Right now this just feels like another artificial bottleneck like having upgrading heroes down during war, a feature put in by SC purely to rinse gems out of us. At least that bottleneck allows you to continue playing the farming game though. The spells one means you can't do anything, without a 5 gem boost on the spell factory (which, as luck would have it, reduces the cook to about the same time as my army build takes. How convenient huh? /sarcasm)

Buddy, you see the shiny green button with a number in your spell factory. Tap that and your spells finish instantly. Got it?

The freemium model allows all to pay the game, typically paying folk can progress more quickly.

don't forget the king and queen regeneration time, this is way to high , 108 minutes is ridiculous. Fully boosted u can do 2 attacks ????????????

Yawn, move on. Those that recognise that there is a balance between what a company wants to charge, and what people are willing to pay, would like to have an adult conversation.

You notice how the resource boost is still around whilst SC reconsider the changes they made? Happened because people didn't "pay up or deal with it".

But that is the point. The production times are no accident. They are carefully crafted to encourage you to buy gems, whether with boosts or outright buying. Cheapskates have to wait. :)

Such insight. I imagine SC will be in touch, requesting more of this wisdom.

Clash makes billions. A hitch here and there is inevitable. SC have vast amounts of data to drive pricing decisions, the opinions of a few hundred slighted scrubs are irrelevant.

Maybe try a different attack? Like zapquake laloon? Only 1 hour and 35 minutes for four lightning and a quake, and get a quake donated to you.

Yes they do ideally. And no, that doesn't have to be business suicide, I do appreciate how freemium works.
There can always be a better price per head vs volume sold balance

In the interim, as someone suggested...gotta balance the elix and dark spells. I hate EQ, but was using it during cheap boosts to fit everything into a half hour or less cook for premium army.

Oh so the complaints on here had no bearing on their current rollback? You desire to troll is humourous, but its leading you to say some really dumb stuff. This is data, brainiac. The opinions of paying customers is really quite useful data. Its what companies spend lots of money on market research for.

Yes fair call, but that needs minimum two hounds, thats more than a thousand DE right there. I'm purely farming for DE so using as little as possible. Game isn't balanced in such a way that you have many options at all without DE troops or spells.

Sorry, not all of us played long enough to get our bases maxed/near maxed. Lucky for you and your farming.

Be glad its takes that long. Last year it would take over 3hrs to get 5 spells when heal took 30mins and everything else was 45mins

Current spell cooking time is fine.
If you need all your spells to farming, then you need to raid better instead.

It's just 5 gems per attack now instead of 1. I don't know about you, but I only attack 4 times a night. I can afford 20 cents a night.

Yes fair call, but that needs minimum two hounds, thats more than a thousand DE right there. I'm purely farming for DE so using as little as possible. Game isn't balanced in such a way that you have many options at all without DE troops or spells.

Ha. It's not the 5 gems, I boost whenever I want...it's just then irritating that I havd to make concessions on spells if I boost everything.

You want to switch from farming straight into cooking your war attack or after a defence. It just so happens you only want to use 1 dark spell.

That's 37 mins boosted cook time, still 30 mins if you were really smart and organised, and had first spell queued up behind your farm spells.

That 30-37.5 mins boosted cook is longer than boosted max hero regen, lots longer than 2 golems boosted...
Just a pain.

Weak. You think they'll now remove the resource boost without any changes to loot? You're not that dumb, I know. You're just trying to keep your dumb argument ticking over.

So , it seems SC doesnt want to lose to let us win . So they shud double or triple troop cook time. SC gets more gems. We can cook spells and troops at the same time. :)
