are ingame support team really there for support...??? i say a big No

Hi....!!!! I have lost my lvl 69 farm and from 28-12-2015 they just wasting my time with no help. I am so so so so so upsted and angry with in game support team and i don't think they do8ng there job for what they are paid.
I msged them almost 1000000000000000 millions time and wasted almost 2 weeks and they don't want to help. This waiting is killing me
i descibed on one more post there already that someone ♥♥♥♥ed my facebook account and got excess to hayday. I recover facebook and had excess to my hay day farm but i was noticing that that theives had seted bot on my farm. He stell almost 2000 foods from my farm and around 500 tools even i had 500+cacaos tree stored in my silo. I had mixmium item at my barn was axe and had 154 axe. I talked alot to support team they asked me many questions like when i created account from where i was online what i bought last time when i noticed someone else connecting to my farm. And wasted 1 week on that all talking, thin they msged after 1 week that they verifed my ownership and asked me if i want they would lock my farm so noone else or bot would stop reaching to my farm and would send me unlock code so i could start playing. I quickly replyed to them 4 days ago that yes please lock my farm and send me unlock and and please give my farm at that condition as it was before being ♥♥♥♥ed from me. Thin they locked my farm and i waited for 24 hours but did,nt got unlock code, thin i cleared my hay day data from my sumsung galaxy s4 and again went to connect my farm with my email and facebook which was connected to my main hayday farm. There i got connected but now i see i am at new starter farm while my fb and gmail is connected. which was attached with my main farm. Now they are sleeping from last 3 days and i am soooooooooooo much bore with ingame support team. They not helping. For god sake help me. But plz if there is anyone supercell offical that wante to play or simply they don't care about player . I know this is there game but look i spent 1 year at playing and they even don't care for a player.
I am very very very upset and angry with ingame support team

Hi Luckysilent,

In-game Support doesn't post on these forums. It's just mostly fellow players here. :( The forum moderators are volunteers that help mostly with the smooth running of the forums. They don't have access to our individual games.

I've never been in your situation, but I know how tiring it can be to go back and forth with Support seemingly in circles based on my experience with other problems. I've read that it's common for it to take weeks for lost games to be restored. So, your experience seems to be typical.

The good news is you've already made decent progress on getting this resolved. So, you're on your way. :) But once they send your code, you may need Support's help again detaching your info from this new game you started. If and when you write Support again, let them know you downloaded a new game, so they can get a head start making sure your info is connected the game you want saved.

Support team is outsourced and I think there should be a metric to track their performance.

Is there a rating/poll/survey kind of research in place, to assess their performance?

Every report on forum shows that the company who gives support has a lousy service. It seems to me, either SC is being too cheap and does not buy a decent service, or these guys are robbing SC. :confused:

Yeah, it could definitely use some improvement. I've often read people give SC a pass for mediocre - or even poor - service from Support, because so much of it seems to be outsourced. But even if SC hires an outside firm to handle Support, it's always SC, itself, that's ultimately responsible for the quality of that Support. Those outside firms are acting as SC's agents, and it's SC making the decision to fill their responsibility to provide Support in that way.

At a minimum, when we reach out to Support in-game, there should be a note advising the player to send as many relevant screenshots of their problem as they can. Even for things I wouldn't dream of needing a screenshot -- like not getting boat notifications -- Support's first reply is to ask for a screenshot (of my settings page?), extending the time it takes to get the actual issue addressed.

EDIT: I just remembered there's a star-rating request that pops up after Support closes an interaction with me. If everyone gets that rating request, then that might be a way they're measuring Support's performance.

Agree 100%. These guys are likely robbing SC blind, but maybe SC is way too cheap and outsourced to the lowest bidder too. Perhaps both in combination. Because in my experience they truly have the worst support in the history of support. (and I use Bell so that's saying something!)

LTMP, they only offer the star rating option when they've actually answer your question. For me, they just deleted the contact-us button and then never replied to my email. So their performance reports are skewed.

OP, I feel your pain. Hope you can get your game back soon. :(

My experience has been less than satisfying, too.

At the beginning of the New Year, our NH was suddenly unable to delete Derby tasks. "Failed to trash task" was the message everybody got. At least 6 persons tried it. I sent an ingame message to support, and after several hours support came back with the advice I should close down my game and restart. (!) As if a glitch concerning a whole NH could be due to one player's device! :rolleyes: Luckily, by that time the glitch had gone and things were back to normal.

Even many people know me but lol supercell don't care about me. I even traded with many people have have kik id with name khan0alozai.
But very strange and upset with support team

Shutting players out from contacting them would definitely skew things. :unsure::(

And it would be generous to say they answered all of the questions they asked me to rate.

I mean, they wrote back. But actual answers to the questions I asked? Not always.... :smirk:

A tough time getting support to understand, THEN victory :) FWIW
