Defensive Skip reward, turn town hall into a progressive reward pinata
Random thought crossed my mind earlier:
For every skip, town hall recieves 1% league bonus loot. This cannot be cashed out, except by an attack commencing on said base.
This means that the longer a base goes, the more lucrative it becomes (until capping out at league bonus, or some other magical level).
Any attackers have a chance to walk away with some coin from an otherwise undesirable / difficult base, and a successful defense is rewarded with a nice % of a league bonus.
Upon attack concluding, the bonus is cashed out, and the process restarts.
This accomplishes 4 things:
-Encourages moving up in league, bigger possible bonus.
-Incentivises otherwise undesirable bases for attack. This keeps more bases engaged, takes spotlight off of some bases that are saving for an upgrade,
-Rewards good base defense with a partial reward for being skipped many times before getting steamrolled, and up to a league bonus for a successful defense. If they 29% the base, that means the existing bonus pays out to the defender, and the process restarts because you don't have a shield.
-encourages more complete attacks: you have to get the town hall to get the pinata bonus.
