Is the delay of the "end game" now a problem for clash?,

It only takes 4 months to max 11 from 10 because 11 is only a half ♥♥♥ level right now. There's only a few things to upgrade at 11 if you were already at max 10. Once a full TH11 is made it will then take another 1-2 years.

Unless they add a new level to walls, I really doubt it will take that long.

I looked at town hall 10 as the "end game" of clash. This is where you have all the attack units and all the defense units, and you start to pay much more attention to base design, leveling heroes, etc. Plus it's the point where you can start truly defending yourself, where before you know you can be rolled over at any time no matter what.

Before th11, an active player could get to this th10 "end game" in about six months without being notably rushed. But now, th10 is the new th9. The end game experience doesn't start until th11. I think this may end up being a problem for clash. 2 years is a long time to play as an underling.

6months? More like 2 or 3 years

When TH11 was released for some odd reason the Daytona Sfx "time extended" popped into my head.

Oh wow. Lol. Ok, two things:

First, I went th10 after six months from a max defense th9 (less walls and heroes), and paid $30 for builders and some 2hr boost sessions. The game may have been a bit easier then.

Second, the time I'm talking about is the time it takes to substantially finish the base below the max base and START leveling the max base.

So my guesstimate is that you could be just starting to level up a th10 in six months, but since th10 takes so long to max out, it would be about 2 years before you're starting to level out your th11.

My point is that the game is more fun/satisfying when you're playing the top base - even if you haven't upgrading it yet. The time it takes to get to this marker from a th1 has moved from 6 months to 2 years.

I can handle the comments, and maybe I should have taken heroes or walls higher, and maybe I was a bit addicted back then, but you can't tell me that a solid max defense th9 in six months is impossible, because I did it. I may even be able to find the exact dates...

6 months to get to TH10 is nuts. It took me about 1 year to get to TH9 and I played a lot.

TH9 and TH10 each have 4 months worth of just troop upgrades. So right there you are at 8 months.

I have been playing for 2 years and I am at TH11. I did take about 8 months off of raiding and only logged in for wars and collecting. I was able to do some upgrades slowly over that time but it def slowed down my overall progress.

I guess your thread derailed. But the majority of players do not understand rushing or how to maximise it. It takes a regular maxer 7 months to reach maxed th8 then another year to reach maxed th9. That's why people are in disbelief when you can reach th10 earlier

I said 6 months to get to th10, not max it, but I checked my forum posts, and I posted a message about hogs at the 7 month mark, so I think I was still th9 then. I was probably playing 8 months when I went th10. And again, that was max defenses and troops I cared about. I never did max out goblins.

Best case without dropping lots of money is 2 years to be end game th 10.
