How should I attack this war base?

I was thinking earthquake a section and then GoWiPe but I'm not really sure. Any ideas?

He's overplaying his airsweeper. Lightning the airdef beside the sweeper and drag it with loons in cc. His towers are low too so shouldn't be too much of a problem..

If you can bring:

2 Lightning (Lvl 5)
1 Earthquake
to take down the airdefense

and

1 Rage
for the loons in the core
