1 hour boost barracks/factories/heroes

Just wondering what is your minimum loot for a 1 hour boost? I know, the 1 hour boost right now helps a lot!
I can atleast 3-4 attacks per 1 boost and earn 1m E/ 1m G and 7-10k DE.. is this bad?

Any opinion about this master? Too bad the barracks boost ends now.i like how i can attack atleast 3-4 times an hour. I just wish SC will minimizw training and brewing time and also minimize cost for troops and spells.
