Looking to be a TH10 war monster - need guidance please

Hey guys, thanks for coming in to potentially give me some pointers...

I will start by saying that I maxed TH9 completely except about half lava walls and my heroes are 25/27. I popped to TH10 on New Years Day and am working on maxing my camps. I have max TH9 troops with the addition of max golems. I also have maxed CC and spell factory. I can three star any TH9 base with little effort but am having troubles transitioning to TH10. 2 starring is no problem, I can already two star a max TH10, whatever, who cant...

Okay with the background out of the way, I need help 3 starring TH10's.

I need help 3 starring any TH10's... I am struggling even with rushed TH10's with infernos. The attack strategy I use currently is 6 golems and I have no problem getting 70%+ on most TH10's. What do I need to do to take this over the top? Should I drop a golem and bring some backend loons/hogs? Does that work at TH10? I'm comfortable using any troops and hybrid or multistage attacks, just need someone to point me in a good direction to start.

I can only speak for myself, but I mostly get 3s somewhat unexpectedly when I just execute well. very hard to plan out and execute a foolproof plan for 3 unless it's a terrible base design.

the one thing I will say helps your chances is to have an exit plan. what I mean is, if you're gowiping or whatever, focus is obviously on getting into the core and crushing. thing is, if you get through that strong, suddenly theres not that much firepower left and you are thinking about 3. a jump spell to keep things moving into the rest of the base strategically can make it happen.

oh and whether you bring them as part of your main force or not, bring witches (max) in your castle. they can give your attacks a lot of legs.

Ya that's kind of what I figured. I really enjoyed the planning stage of TH9 attacks and watching them go off without a hitch. I guess the percentage for error increases dramatically at TH10 so a lot of the three star attacks, like you said, are somewhat luck.

I haven't considered any air strategies really for TH10, should I stick to ground solely to start?

You could try substituting 2 golems for 4 healers. Do a queen walk to get 15-30% of base and create/clear a path for gowiwi and Giants to meet up with queen and enter the base.
