My Village just disappeared

Village just went away over night

I had a issue with ownership problem.
I just messaged in-Game for ''Someone else is using my account''
I showed up my Google Wallet purchase history
And the admin replied we will ban for 2 days
then the ban was done

it opened yesterday that was 2 days and 6 hours or more
but, it opened.
I thought it was fine ...the verification was done.
I attacked in war too

today morning i tried to open and the village didnt load.
After trying several times a town hall 1 village half like opened

Wheres my Village?

I can see it in the clan

Someone has cleared the data of clash of clans from your phone manually . There is nothing need to be worried. Sign in your village again and see if it logs in.

i did check out that too... a th1 shows up rather than a th9....anyone... help

Please keep the forum clean. You already know how to contact in-game support, you did it once, they solved your problem, then why your posting here instead of contacting them from in-game menu again so they solve your problem again? Nobody can or have the power to help you from here.

Even after u sign in your village, th1 account comes and not your th9..it seems like google play services has overwritten your village..now your google account doesn't load your th9..it loads th1..you are not the only onle who has this problem..there were others also..contact support and ask them to restore your lost village

That's weird. If someone else was using your village is must've been linked to G+ otherwise they couldn't have gotten a hold of it. It's more likely that you are using the wrong G+ account and that's why you can't load your TH9 village.

I experienced a similar issue the week. While trying to add a second account to my phone, the second account totally wiped out my first account. After countless messages back and forth, they continue to insist that the transaction receipt I'm sending them isn't the first purchase. I've explained to them that I have a total of 9 transactions, I'm not sure which of my 2 accounts received the gems from those transactions but have provided all 9 receipts. Their final response was, continuing to type related messages will not be able to help the fact that we need your first receipt transaction. I also took your advice and emailed the link you provided. If you, or anyone have any other suggestions or comments, they would be appreciated. Thank you

Sorry, forgot to add this. When I go to load village, 3 G+ accounts show up. All 3 simply change my achievements but still only allow access to my 1 account. 1 of the achievements is accurate for my mini which is the only one I'm currently able to access. The other two change my acheivents to level 1 with no actual data. I don't care about the achievement aspect but didn't know if explaining more detail of my issue could provide better detail.

Send them it all in one. Include all the purchases or try and find out which is the one you need.

I did that. I sent them a screen shot of all 9 transactions and receipts as well as in game screen shots from when I was in that account. I believe I sent over 45 images that verify it is indeed my account. Thank you for your response
