When I go into Clan Wars and click on 'donate' to supply the defensive troops to anyone in the clan, the game freezes and crashes. On my iOS devices, this does not happen. What could be causing this and can it be resolved?

When I go into Clan Wars and click on 'donate' to supply the defensive troops to anyone in the clan, the game freezes and crashes. On my iOS devices, this does not happen. What could be causing this and can it be resolved?
If your not using The latest Clash of Clans version, update your game. The last version is 8.67.8. It fixed this problem.
