Prevent war spies

This would be an addition to GODOG's suggestion Previous Clans Window (with picture)

But what matters most to me is that NEW clan members should NOT be allowed to access the WAR menu for at least 48h after joining a new clan to prevent spying on trap placements and Clan Castle troops.

Or for new can members when they select the war menu they get a message "A war is in progress. Please wait until the war is over to access the war map" - this should be valid trough war preparation time and during the war

Many people leave their clans because they do not wish to be associated with them any further, and having this would prevent this. So, I don't see this happening, sorry.

They could just join a bunch of random clans until the clan they don't like is off of the list.

and what does this have to do with what I have suggested?
everyone is free to come and go as they like but they should NOT be allowed to access the WAR menu as a NEW MEMBER

This can not work

We are war clan. When a new person joins the clan from our try out clan they are put in war this is a horrible idea. All you do to prevent spies is proper clan management. We do not get spies. Don't ask sc to make such a horrible change omg would be devastating to serious war clans

All you need to do is close the clan to new members during war. That's what my clan did when I was able to play coc in a clan. Clans will be dead soon anyway. Should maybe rename the game to "clash of the radicalised" after all, supercell are controlling how we play, when we play and how long we can play for. Soon they will control our troops and the game could be called "clash of a.i"
