My game wont load on my android phone. I've tried everything that they suggest. It's a note 4. I've been playing on this phone for like a year then all of a sudden over a month ago it stops working and won't load. Contacted supercell and that was a joke. Worthless. Sounds like no one has any idea how to fix this problem. I can play just fine on my iPad. I don't understand.

I have a Droid S5, Note 2 and an Ipad... all have accounts on them. This past Saturday, January 9th... I tried to open the app on my Ipad and it shows the screen for a split second and then disappears, as if I hit the home button. Tried pretty much everything I could find and nothing worked. Both my Droid phones.... I try and open the app and it starts to load, then I get the "Unfortunately the app stopped woking (crashed)" message. If I immediately try and open the app after the crash, my entire phone locks up and NOTHING works... home button, volume, power button, everything. I have to let it sit for ~5mins and then I have control over it again. This sh&t has been going on all week. Upon some miracle, if I click the app, it loads successfully, allows me to play, and when I close it, it closes then crahses - I get the error message even after I close the app. A clanew member texted me and told me he hasn't been able to get in for 4 days.
There's nothing wrong with your phone... it's the idiots who changed the app that caused this issue. Do us all a service and fix it... you're losing money daily... and players just the same.

Oh, and I've reported over 10 crashes (prompted to report with system file log) and still no changes.
