Clash of clans stops loading at 15/20%

Hello guys,

Yesterday I bought a new phone, (Samsung galaxy grand prime VE).
And I went to download Clash of clans instantly, But it didnt load.
I've updated my software I'm android 5.0.1 or something like that.
I've googled for hours but Didn't find anything else than people with the same problem.
And I see some videos and people play it on the same phone, So I don't think that it can't run Clash of Clans.
I've also reinstalled it 4/5 Times!
Could someone help me please?

I've already checked everything and Tried everything on that list, But it didn't solve anything

Well the thing is, I already tried it, And I don't have Mobile internet, I can only acces Internet with my wifi, But my wifi isnt the the thing that causes this problem, I can play it on my Iphone 4s, But I got a samsung galaxy grand prime yestersday and it gets stuck while loading.

I've also checked the play store, and People with the same phone have the same problems, Only a couple can play on the same phone, the rest has the same loading problems

After 2 minutes it says ''Connection broke''
While I can play it on my iphone

So it is working fine on another device? Are you able to try a factory reset?

Yeah it's working fine on another device and I don't think a factory reset will help, cause I just got the phone brand new and updated it to the newest iOS

Also people on the play store is begging Clash of clans to fix it for the phone, inclusive me:D
